Robin
Robin has a rich history of working in fields that naturally led her to the estate sales industry. Since 1980 her diverse background includes antique sales, real estate, and senior downsizing. She also successfully ran a large home improvement business across three states, which she sold in 2001.
Since 2014, Robin has been a fixture in the Phoenix Valley, owning and operating estate sales and liquidation businesses. She has run over 200 successful sales, helping scores of families and legal professionals navigate the complexities of estate liquidation. Robin brings a unique blend of skills tailored to meet the needs of her clients.
But Robin’s work is about more than just selling items, it’s about people. Her true motivation lies in her desire to help others. Robin knows that her clients usually find themselves in unfamiliar and vulnerable situations. She’s seen a lot in her time and knows that not everyone in this business has their client’s best interests at heart. It’s not just about getting the job done—it’s about doing it with honesty, integrity, and reliability.
Robin loves the social aspect of her work and the connections she makes. Her clients often remark on her warmth, attention to detail, and her unwavering dedication to their needs. Back in her real estate days, Robin’s manager admonished her for spending too much time with her first-time homebuyers! This highlights the way she goes about her business. It’s about making the process easier and more manageable for her clients during what can be a stressful time.
Robin also finds joy in the treasure hunt of estate sales, in uncovering value where others might not see it. For Robin, every sale is an opportunity to help her clients get the most out of their belongings, while also finding great homes for all the items being passed on. She has a meticulous attention to detail and finds tremendous satisfaction from seeing a project through to completion.
